Timber sizing and cutting

We can cut and plane any softwood or hardwood timber, either your own or from our stock, to whatever size you require. 

Bespoke mouldings 

Do you have an unusual shaped piece of timber that you cant find off the shelf and need to match? Want to make or match your own skirting, architrave, cladding, handrail, floor boards, or produce your own door linings and frames?

Using our moulder, our team can manufacture almost any shape or profile you require.

We have a large selection of cutters in stock to match shapes or profiles you may require. If we don’t have the required cutter in stock, by supplying a template or sample we can produce specific cutters for the job. Please email us for a quote…

Sheet material cutting

To save you time and money, we offer a sheet cutting service. If you are making shelves/ panelling from MDF, Plywood, veneered boards etc. we can cut our sheets down to your required sizes on our panel saw. Our standard sheet sizes are 2440 x 1220 mm, but we sell half and quarter sheets. 

We can also cut sheet materials to unusual shapes. Bring in a template of what you need, and we will give you a quote.
